Day 5

Wow!! It has been so worth the effort and struggle. I was 124 this morning. With my waist 1.5 inches smaller. See I was a huge grain fan and this wasn't easy. My headaches are gone and my skin is clearer. I have read things like this before but now it is happening to me. I have stuck to my favorite P90X workouts. I will admit I had to cheat the last two days with a P90X protein bar which has so dairy in it among some sugar that I should have advoided, but it got me through the rough days. I'm feeling strong and my workout is in for the day, and I'm ready for a great Friday and an awesome weekend. Results are so motivating, sometimes you just have to put in the extra effort a little bit longer to get refocused and remotivated. You can do it. Tip stay off the scale if you need to.
